Our Peelable Sticky Mats are ingeniously crafted from a stack of polyethylene film sheets, each layer coated with a specially treated pressure-sensitive adhesive. These Valutek multi-layered mats are designed to effectively capture dirt and dust from foot-traffic and equipment wheels, ensuring cleanliness is maintained as they enter a controlled environment or cleanroom.

Typically, each pad includes 30 sticky sheets, conveniently fitted with corner tabs that are consecutively numbered to indicate how many sheets remain. The unique adhesive coating on these mats is expertly formulated to trap and reduce dirt, thereby preventing the unwanted transfer of particles.
 

Application: Our mats are ideally suited for an impressive range of applications, including cleanroom entrances, gowning rooms, laboratories, homes, the hospitality industry, food preparation areas, or any workstation requiring elevated levels of contamination control.
